This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information, and submit payment for the LEAFS Fall 2023/24 season.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from West Dundee Hockey Club.

To ensure proper billing for Parent Participation and Raffle fees, please be sure to register all your players at one time by selecting "register another player" after completing your first player’s registration.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season Registration.  Valid April 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024.  

NOTE:  Please ensure player information and contact information provided during the USAH Registration process is accurate.  The player name, DOB and citizenship is used to determine player eligibility to be placed on a roster.  The parent names and contact information is provided to coaches or team manager for your first point of contact after making a team.  

Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.  The confirmation number is a series of 9 numbers and the 5 letters of your last name. It is different for each person each season and will appear in printed and bar code format on the confirmation page. It will also appear in both formats in the confirmation email sent immediately after registration.

Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
